Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onions in a pot with vegetable oil until translucent, about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Brown the cubed chicken until golden brown on all sides, approximately 6-8 minutes.
  4. Mix in the tomato sauce, stirring to combine.
  5. Incorporate heavy cream, garam masala, cumin, and paprika, stirring until blended.
  6. Simmer for about 15 minutes, allowing flavors to develop.
  7. Serve over rice, garnished with fresh cilantro.
