Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the egg yolk, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice until fully combined and slightly frothy.
  2. Gradually drizzle in the olive oil. Whisk vigorously to emulsify, achieving a luxurious, creamy consistency.
  3. Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, tasting as you go.

Notes

For a vegan alternative, substitute the egg yolk with aquafaba and use a vegan Worcestershire sauce.
