Instructions
- Prepare a batch of your favorite homemade brownies: Follow your chosen brownie recipe, pouring the batter into your baking pan. Bake until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs, approximately 20-25 minutes. Let the brownies cool completely on a wire rack.
- Cut the brownies into generous 2-inch squares.
- Assemble your sandwiches: Grab a brownie square and place a generous scoop of ice cream on top.
- Top with another brownie square: Press down gently to form a sandwich.
- Add toppings if desired: Crown your sandwich with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
