Description

Delicious flaky crescent rolls filled with creamy cheese and spicy jalapeños, perfect for game days or cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 12 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate it into individual triangles.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough toward the triangle point, sealing the edges tightly.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg if desired.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
