- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan generously.
- Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll them into small balls.
- Fill each dough ball with a spoonful of cheese filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Butter each ball by dipping it into melted butter before placing in the bundt pan.
- Drizzle any leftover melted butter over the assembled dough balls.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
