- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Butter for brushing
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the cheeses by combining mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Mix dry ingredients by whisking together almond flour, baking powder, minced garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
- Combine the melted cheese mixture with the dry ingredients, then add the egg. Mix until a soft, cohesive dough forms.
- Shape the dough into 8-10 equal pieces and form each piece into a breadstick on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
