Description

A sweet and savory chicken dish, infused with honey and garlic, perfect for busy nights and satisfying for any palate.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Chopped Green Onions for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk until mixed.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the chicken breasts.
  3. Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the chicken before serving.

Notes

Make ahead by marinating chicken a day in advance. Can use chicken thighs or firm tofu as alternatives.
