- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Chopped Green Onions for Garnish
Instructions
- Combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk until mixed.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the chicken breasts.
- Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Sprinkle chopped green onions over the chicken before serving.
Notes
Make ahead by marinating chicken a day in advance. Can use chicken thighs or firm tofu as alternatives.
