Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the sugar and softened butter until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and softened cream cheese, beating until completely combined.
  4. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and zest.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently.
  7. Using a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
