- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves or low-carb wraps
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Toss in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until it melts.
- Take a lettuce leaf or low-carb wrap and place a portion of the cheesy chicken filling in the center. Wrap it up.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the blend of flavors!
