Description

Deliciously tender seasoned chicken wrapped in fresh lettuce or low-carb wraps, infused with rich garlic flavor and gooey melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves or low-carb wraps
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until it melts.
  5. Take a lettuce leaf or low-carb wrap and place a portion of the cheesy chicken filling in the center. Wrap it up.
