- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Toss in the minced garlic and stir for another minute until fragrant.
- Incorporate the ground turkey, breaking it into pieces, and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in the diced zucchini, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and reduce the heat, cooking for 10-15 minutes until zucchini is tender.
- If desired, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese just before serving.
