- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers invitingly.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 6-7 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Toss in the cabbage and carrots, and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until they soften.
- Fold in the mango, soy sauce, and honey, cooking for 2-3 more minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for crunch and garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with additional vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas, and avoid overcrowding the skillet when cooking.
