- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Crumbled Cotija Cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for at least 10 minutes.
- Place the ears of corn directly on the grill, cooking for 10-15 minutes and turn occasionally.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Coat each ear of corn generously with the creamy sauce.
- Sprinkle crumbled cotija cheese over the coated corn.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
