Description

A delightful dessert featuring juicy peaches and a buttery Nilla Wafer crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (21 oz each) Del Monte Sliced Peaches (in heavy syrup)
  • 1 box (11 oz) Nabisco Nilla Wafers
  • 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1.5 sticks Land O Lakes Butter (sliced into very thin pats)
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease your 9×13 glass baking dish generously with non-stick spray.
  3. Layer the Nilla Wafers at the bottom of the dish.
  4. Add the Del Monte Sliced Peaches, juice included, over the Nilla Wafers.
  5. Sprinkle the McCormick Ground Cinnamon evenly over the peaches.
  6. Apply the dry Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix over the peach layer.
  7. Place the thin pats of Land O Lakes Butter on the cake mix.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
  9. Serve hot, allowing to cool slightly before enjoying.

Notes

You can prep all layers a few hours in advance and store in the fridge before baking. This dessert pairs well with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or caramel sauce.
