Description

A refreshing and creamy dessert with layers of lemon pudding and vanilla wafers, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 boxes instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • Zest of 1 lemon (optional for garnish)
  • Sliced lemons (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the lemon pudding mix and milk until smooth and free of lumps. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until seamlessly combined.
  3. Layer half of the vanilla wafers on the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  4. Spread half of the lemon pudding mixture over the wafers.
  5. Repeat the layering process with the remaining wafers and pudding mixture.
  6. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  7. Sprinkle with lemon zest and garnish with sliced lemons before serving.

Notes
