Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 family-size package Nabisco Nutter Butter Cookies
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) Jell-O Banana Cream Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups cold Fairlife Whole Milk
  • 3 large Del Monte Bananas (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the Jell-O Banana Cream Pudding mixes with the Fairlife Milk until very thick, smooth, and a luscious pale yellow.
  2. Fold in half of the thawed Cool Whip, using gentle motions.
  3. Line the bottom of a 9×13 glass baking dish with a flat layer of Nutter Butter cookies.
  4. Spread half of the banana pudding evenly over the cookies.
  5. Layer with fresh banana slices.
  6. Add another tight layer of Nutter Butters, then spoon on the remaining pudding.
  7. Top with more banana slices and frost with the rest of the Cool Whip.
  8. Crush the remaining cookies and scatter them over the top.
  9. Chill overnight to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For best results, let the dessert chill overnight before serving. This cake can easily be prepared a day in advance.
