Description

Indulge in the creamy decadence of Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Fudge, a delightful treat combining peanut butter, white chocolate, and crunchy Nutter Butter cookies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag (12 oz) Nestle Toll House Premier White Morsels
  • 1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3/4 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 family-size package Nabisco Nutter Butter Cookies

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 square baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring an overhang on the sides for easy lifting after it sets.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the Nestle Toll House White Morsels, Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, and Jif Creamy Peanut Butter.
  3. Microwave the mixture in 30-second bursts, stirring vigorously between each interval until completely melted and thick.
  4. Gently fold in half of the chopped Nabisco Nutter Butter Cookies.
  5. Pour the thick mixture into the prepared pan and press the remaining Nutter Butter cookies into the top.
  6. Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for about 120 minutes, or until firm enough to slice into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature or longer in the refrigerator. Freezes well for up to three months.
