Description

Indulge in these rich and fudgy chocolate chip brownies, made effortlessly in one bowl for minimal cleanup and maximum flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a large mixing bowl and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour in the vanilla extract and mix.
  6. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking with a toothpick.
  10. Cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing into squares.

Notes

You can substitute unsweetened applesauce for butter for a healthier option, or coconut sugar for less refined sweetness.
