Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces pasta (fettuccine or penne recommended)

- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In your large pot, melt the butter over medium heat until it bubbles gently, releasing its rich aroma.
- Add the minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta reaches al dente.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts into the rich sauce, tasting and seasoning with salt and pepper as you go.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
