Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
- Season the bite-sized steak pieces generously with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sear for 4-5 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the uncooked rice, then pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a rolling boil.
