Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground meat, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, soy sauce, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Lay out a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of filling in the center, then fold and seal tightly.
- Arrange filled dumplings on a baking sheet and brush lightly with oil.
