Description

These delicious oven-baked dumplings are filled with savory ingredients and served with a rich peanut sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Ground meat (chicken, pork, or crumbled tofu)
  • Chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrots, green onions)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Peanut butter
  • Soy sauce (for the sauce)
  • Lime juice
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground meat, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, soy sauce, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Lay out a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of filling in the center, then fold and seal tightly.
  4. Arrange filled dumplings on a baking sheet and brush lightly with oil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and water until creamy for the sauce.
  7. Serve hot with the peanut sauce.
