Ingredients

  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Olive Oil
  • Chicken Broth
  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Sear the pork in a hot skillet with olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork rest for at least 10 minutes.
  6. Whisk in flour with the drippings, then gradually add chicken broth to make gravy.
  7. Slice the pork and serve with gravy and sides of your choice.

Notes

Make-ahead tips include seasoning the pork the night before. Avoid skipping the sear for extra flavor.
