Description

Delicious pizza pockets filled with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and Italian herbs, perfect for parties or a cozy family night.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) pizza dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  3. Gather your fillings: place pepperoni and mozzarella in the center of each square and add a drizzle of pizza sauce.
  4. Fold and seal the dough around the filling.
  5. Arrange the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce.
