- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- Gather your fillings: place pepperoni and mozzarella in the center of each square and add a drizzle of pizza sauce.
- Fold and seal the dough around the filling.
- Arrange the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce.
