Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle. Cut it into 3×3 inch squares.
  3. Lay down a slice of pepperoni, followed by a spoonful of pizza sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough square.
  4. Gather the edges of the dough and pinch them together to seal.
  5. Arrange your bombs on a lined baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  6. Slide them into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make ahead and store unbaked in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Can also be cooked in an air fryer for a quicker result.
