Description

A vibrant summer salad bursting with flavors, featuring mixed greens, juicy cherry tomatoes, creamy goat cheese, and a tangy balsamic vinaigrette.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, romaine)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  2. Crumble the goat cheese over the salad.
