Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl, beating until smooth with an electric mixer (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Grease your baking dish with butter or cooking spray, then layer the drained crushed pineapple evenly on the bottom.
