Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Stir in the crushed pineapple, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8-inch baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle the chopped nuts on top and press them lightly into the fudge.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until thoroughly set.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares to serve.
