Description

A delightful blend of creamy white chocolate and tangy pineapple, this fudge is a tropical-inspired treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and white chocolate chips together in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Add powdered sugar gradually, mixing until creamy.
  4. Fold in crushed pineapple and walnuts gently.
