Description

A delightful and nostalgic dessert blending layers of frosted Pop-Tarts, creamy vanilla pudding, and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boxes (8 count each) Kellogg’s Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tarts
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups cold Fairlife Whole Milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pudding: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Jell-O Vanilla Pudding mixes and cold Fairlife Milk until thick and smooth.
  2. Layer the Base: Arrange a flat layer of Pop-Tarts at the bottom of a 9×13 glass baking dish.
  3. Add the First Layer of Pudding: Spread half of the prepared vanilla pudding over the Pop-Tarts.
  4. Add Fresh Strawberries: Layer the sliced strawberries over the pudding.
  5. Whipped Topping Time: Spread half of the thawed Cool Whip over the strawberry layer.
  6. Repeat the Layers: Layer more Pop-Tarts, followed by remaining pudding, strawberries, and Cool Whip, and top with crushed Pop-Tarts.
  7. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

Notes

For best flavor, prepare a day in advance. Consider swapping different fruits or pudding flavors for unique variations.
