Description

A nostalgic dessert combining Wild Berry Pop-Tarts and creamy vanilla mousse, perfect for celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boxes (8 count each) Kellogg’s Wild Berry Pop-Tarts
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups cold Fairlife Whole Milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup Betty Crocker Rainbow Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Whisk the pudding by combining the Jell-O Vanilla Pudding mixes and cold Fairlife Milk in a mixing bowl. Continue whisking until thickened, approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Fold in half of the thawed Cool Whip into the pudding until combined.
  3. Line the bottom of a 9×13 glass baking dish with a flat layer of Kellogg’s Wild Berry Pop-Tarts, frosted side up.
  4. Spread half of the vanilla mousse over the Pop-Tarts evenly.
  5. Add another layer of Wild Berry Pop-Tarts on top of the mousse.
  6. Spoon the remaining vanilla mousse over the Pop-Tarts and frost with the remaining Cool Whip.
  7. Cover the top with crushed Pop-Tarts and rainbow sprinkles.
  8. Chill the cake overnight to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Make-ahead dessert that gets better with time. Customize with different pudding flavors or add fresh berries between layers.
