Description

A vibrant and flavorful stir fry featuring potstickers and fresh vegetables, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • Potstickers (fresh or frozen)
  • Bell Peppers (red, yellow, or orange)
  • Snap Peas or Green Beans
  • Carrots (thinly sliced)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Ginger (grated)
  • Soy Sauce or Tamari
  • Scallions (chopped)
  • Cilantro (for garnish)
  • Steamed Rice or Noodles
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Chili Oil
  • Oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Place the potstickers in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden-brown.
  3. Flip the potstickers gently and add sliced bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots to the pan.
  4. Whisk together minced garlic, grated ginger, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the potstickers and vegetables.
  6. Continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften.
  7. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles, garnished with scallions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili oil.
