Description
A delightful Pull Apart Stuffing Ring filled with savory herbs and vegetables, perfect for festive gatherings and cozy dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 loaf of crusty bread (ciabatta or sourdough)
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2–3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup of cooked sausage or bacon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan with butter or cooking spray to ensure easy release.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion, celery, and minced garlic, stirring until softened and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine the bread cubes and sautéed vegetable mixture in a mixing bowl. Pour in the vegetable broth, then stir in the sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and optional meat. Mix until the bread absorbs the broth completely.
- Transfer the stuffing mixture into the bundt pan, packing it tightly to create a cohesive ring.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and the edges crispy.
- Let cool slightly before inverting onto a serving platter.
- Serve while warm, encouraging guests to pull apart pieces for an interactive dining experience.
Notes
For an extra crispy exterior, consider broiling at the end for 2-3 minutes. Make ahead by preparing the mixture a day prior.
