Description

A delightful Pull Apart Stuffing Ring filled with savory herbs and vegetables, perfect for festive gatherings and cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf of crusty bread (ciabatta or sourdough)
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 23 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup of cooked sausage or bacon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan with butter or cooking spray to ensure easy release.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion, celery, and minced garlic, stirring until softened and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Combine the bread cubes and sautéed vegetable mixture in a mixing bowl. Pour in the vegetable broth, then stir in the sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and optional meat. Mix until the bread absorbs the broth completely.
  4. Transfer the stuffing mixture into the bundt pan, packing it tightly to create a cohesive ring.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and the edges crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before inverting onto a serving platter.
  7. Serve while warm, encouraging guests to pull apart pieces for an interactive dining experience.

Notes

For an extra crispy exterior, consider broiling at the end for 2-3 minutes. Make ahead by preparing the mixture a day prior.
