Description

A vibrant and quick stir fry featuring tender chicken, sliced zucchini, and bell peppers, lightly flavored with soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: green onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the sliced chicken for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in zucchini and bell pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  5. Pour soy sauce over the mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Stir everything together, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then serve hot.
