Ingredients

- 2 cups of flour (All-purpose or whole wheat)
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
- 1 scoop of protein powder (whey, soy, or pea)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Rainbow sprinkles for topping
- Water (as needed for dough consistency)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, Greek yogurt, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until lumpy.
- Begin mixing until a dough forms, adding water gradually until sticky yet manageable.
- Divide the dough into 4 or 6 parts, rolling each into a ball and pressing a hole in the center to shape into bagels.
- Place on a lined baking sheet with space for rising.
- Generously sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles and press down lightly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
Notes
For a make-ahead option, prepare the dough the night before and refrigerate it. If using an air fryer, lower the temperature to 320°F (160°C) for 12-15 minutes.
