Description

Delight in these colorful, protein-rich bagels adorned with sprinkles, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Rainbow sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the plain Greek yogurt to the dry mixture.
  4. Mix until a cohesive dough starts to form.
  5. Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured countertop and knead until smooth and elastic.
  6. Divide the dough into equal segments and roll each piece into a rope.
  7. Form the ropes into circles, overlapping the ends slightly and pinching to seal.
  8. Place the bagels on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
