- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the all-purpose flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the plain Greek yogurt to the dry mixture.
- Mix until a cohesive dough starts to form.
- Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured countertop and knead until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into equal segments and roll each piece into a rope.
- Form the ropes into circles, overlapping the ends slightly and pinching to seal.
- Place the bagels on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
