Description

A delightful sweet treat combining the flavors of crunchy pretzels, creamy caramel, and rich chocolate, finished with a sprinkle of sea salt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the pretzels evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Make the caramel by combining the caramel candies and heavy cream in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly for 5-7 minutes until creamy.
  4. Combine and pour the warm caramel mixture over the pretzels, spreading it evenly.
  5. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the caramel-covered pretzels and swirl slightly for a marbled effect.
  7. Add a pinch of sea salt over the top while the chocolate is still warm.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes until set.
  9. Break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes
