Ingredients

- 500g bread flour
- 350g warm water
- 100g active sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- 2 tablespoons everything seed blend
Instructions
- Mix the bread flour and warm water in a large bowl until just combined. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Add the active sourdough starter and salt, kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise at room temperature for 4–6 hours, folding every hour.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and shape it into a round boule.
- Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking dish and cover for an additional 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Score a design on the loaf’s top and sprinkle with the everything seed blend.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
- Cool completely before slicing.
