Description

A delightful dessert combining buttery pound cake, fresh strawberries, and creamy white chocolate morsels, drizzled with strawberry syrup for a fun and indulgent treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf (10.75 oz) Sara Lee All Butter Pound Cake (thawed and sliced into 1/4-inch triangles)
  • 3 tbsp Land O’Lakes Butter (melted)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and diced)
  • 1/2 cup Nestlé Toll House Premier White Morsels
  • 1/4 cup Smucker’s Strawberry Syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Prepare a large, oven-safe platter or cast iron skillet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the slices of thawed Sara Lee Pound Cake into an overlapping ‘nacho’ layer on your platter.
  3. Brush the tops with melted Land O’Lakes Butter.
  4. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the edges are deeply toasted and crispy.
  5. Scatter the diced fresh strawberries and Nestlé White Morsels over the top.
  6. Drizzle with Smucker’s Strawberry Syrup and serve immediately.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Slice the pound cake and dice the strawberries a few hours before serving for the best texture. For a quicker version, use an air fryer set to 400°F.
