- 1 package Pizza Dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Assorted Toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, prosciutto, figs, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit your skillet.
- Cook the crust in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Scatter your choice of toppings evenly over the cheese.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 5-8 minutes until cheese melts.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving hot.
Notes
Prepare dough and sauce a day in advance for convenience. Experiment with different toppings for variety.
