A decadent S’mores Layered Cake featuring chocolate cake layers, a graham cracker crust, and a fluffy marshmallow frosting, perfect for any celebration.

- 1 package Graham Crackers
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 1 package Chocolate Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Toasted Marshmallows
- 1 cup Chocolate Bars, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans and line the bottoms with parchment paper.
- Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of each pan.
- Combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and oil until the batter is smooth.
- Divide the batter between prepared pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Beat together marshmallow fluff and butter until light and airy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Assemble by placing one cake layer on a platter, spreading frosting on top, and adding the second layer.
- Frost the top and sides with remaining frosting, then decorate with toasted marshmallows and chocolate chunks.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
Make the cake layers one day in advance for a richer flavor. Consider adding a sprinkle of sea salt to the frosting for contrast.
