- 4 flour tortillas

Instructions
- Heat the skillet: Begin by pouring olive oil into your heavy-duty skillet and heating it over medium.
- Sauté the veggies: Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened and caramelized, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Lay down the first tortilla: Place one flour tortilla flat in the skillet.
- Layer skillfully: Spread a generous amount of shredded cheese on one half, followed by the sliced steak and sautéed onions and bell peppers.
