Description

Grilled steak and sausage kabobs with vibrant vegetables, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (cubed, tender cut such as sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 lb sausage (sliced, smoked or spicy)
  • 1 bell pepper (cut into chunks)
  • 1 onion (cut into chunks)
  • 1 zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the steak cubes and sausage slices to the marinade, coating thoroughly. Let soak for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Skewer the ingredients onto metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving hot.

Notes

Marinating the meat overnight enhances flavor. You can also bake these kabobs at 400°F for about 20 minutes if you don’t have a grill.
