Description

Delicious and flavorful steak kabobs marinated to perfection with a mix of vegetables for a delightful grilling experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or tenderloin)
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (metal or soaked bamboo)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  2. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the steak cubes, coating evenly, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini onto skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until desired doneness is achieved.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest before serving hot.

Notes

Marinate steak overnight for deeper flavor. Consider using air fryers or ovens for cooking if a grill isn’t available.
