Description

A delightful blend of tender chicken and slippery noodles coated in a sweet and sticky garlic sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights or impressing guests.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 200g noodles (any type)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add your chosen noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the skillet: Pour the vegetable oil into your skillet and bring it to medium heat.
  3. Cook the chicken: Add the diced chicken to the skillet. Sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  5. Combine and simmer: Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Stir well to coat, then let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the noodles: Toss in your cooked noodles, mixing thoroughly.
  7. Season to taste: Sprinkle salt and pepper as desired.
  8. Garnish and serve: Plate the dish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
