Delicious Strawberry Crumble Bars with a buttery crumb topping and juicy strawberry filling, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter in a large mixing bowl until resemble coarse crumbs.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Toss sliced strawberries with sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl and spread over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top of the strawberries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and strawberries are bubbling.
- Let cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve with fresh whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to one week.
