Description

A whimsical dessert cone filled with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, topped with a crunchy graham cracker mixture.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 68 waffle cones
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream and then gently mix in the chopped strawberries.
  4. Combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until the crumbs hold together.
  5. Fill each waffle cone with the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture on top and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, fill the cones just before serving to maintain their crunch.
