- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 6–8 waffle cones
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream and then gently mix in the chopped strawberries.
- Combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until the crumbs hold together.
- Fill each waffle cone with the cheesecake mixture.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture on top and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, fill the cones just before serving to maintain their crunch.
