Instructions
- Combine the sourdough starter, all-purpose flour, bread flour, sugar, and water in a large mixing bowl. Stir until a coarse dough forms.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries gently, ensuring they remain visible.
- Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 4 to 6 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Turn the risen dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a loaf.
- Allow the dough to rest for 30 to 45 minutes on a baking pan.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the bottom sounds hollow when tapped.
- Cool the bread on a wire rack before slicing.
