Description

A fresh and vibrant chicken salad bursting with delightful textures and flavors, featuring crunchy sunflower seeds and a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, chopped celery, and red bell pepper in a large bowl. Gently toss to mix.
  2. Whisk together the sunflower seed butter, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
