- 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning

- 1/2 cup Sour Cream (Or Greek yogurt)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roast the Sweet Potatoes: Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
