Description

Delicious bite-sized Taco Cups filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and fresh toppings, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • Wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press the wonton wrappers into a muffin tin.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart.
  4. Add taco seasoning to the beef once browned.
  5. Spoon the seasoned beef into each wonton wrapper.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden.
  8. Cool slightly, then top with sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes.
