- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with teriyaki sauce, tossing to coat.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
